About us
Under the Volcano has a lovely atmosphere which is reminiscent of Mexico. We have cozy booths or tables in the dining room and a large patio for the warmer months.
Specializing in fresh food, our menu is quite large. The basic recipes are mild with only two exceptions, the Cayenne Beef Stew and the Blackened Dishes. We also do not have any MSG in house and do not add any preservatives or additives to any of the recipes.
We only use zero trans-fat oils for cooking and cook our own chips daily, make our own salsa and slow roast our own fajita beef. In fact, one of the things we do excel in is gluten free, vegetarian and vegan meals.
