  If you are in Santa Fe, I used Alterations by Debra http://www.alterationsbydebra.com/ she is located in the Santa Fe plaza. She completely re-made the bodice of my dress, taking it in 3 sizes and re-doing a lot of it. Highly recommend. She charges either a $50 or $100 consultation fee if you don't end up using her for the alterations, I can't remember which as I did use her.
