  I have a fine line black +grey tattoo done by this artist out of Surrey: https://www.facebook.com/iamextinkt/ She's nice and professional and I was super happy with it after I had gotten it done. Word of warning though - I got it done only a year ago and need a touch up as it's already fading pretty significantly. Other "normal" ones I have from the same time are holding up great. I'd reconsider getting the fine lines if I were you, despite how pretty and delicate it looks when fresh.
