  San Francisco! Where can a guy get a decent hair cut? New to the city and looking for a competent hair person. Not super-concerned about price, but would like to keep it at (or under) $60 after tip. Particularly interested in someone who does choppy/messy/modern cuts without the need for a diagram, sextant, compass, and Gantt chart.
