  Stephanie W. wrote: I hired Mr. Lillich to lay the ceramic tile in my kitchen, pantry, and laundry room at the same time I also hired him to lay the bamboo floors in the front room and hay way! in the kitchen there is places he did not even bother to put grout, misses in others, and has cracks in places ! I showed Mr. Lillich and he told me he would take care of it when he came back to lay the bamboo floors! he never did! then he had me leave the carpet about 6 in. too long in the halls ways so he could make even cuts... well he let his less exsperenced worker do it and he cut it back way to far! so far the t molding will not fit over it at all! he told me he would take resonsablity for it but in the end he never did! it is a tripping hazard and i will now have to replace it! then the corners he cut around the door ways were so bad that the baseboards would not cover it up! he was just going to leave it and i said NO! SO he said he would have to put spacers in my door frames and when he did he broke one and didn't even bother to tell me just tried tacking it back up!( it looks awful! then we paid Mr. Lillich extra to lay the t molding and glue it down instead he screwed it down and did not have the correct drill bit so it split piece the t molding, then tried to tell me it was cheap so i called the company has i had paid over $300 for just a few t molding boards and they said you glue it your not soupose to screw it in! Mr. Lillich then finely said he had never worked with that kind he only had done the metal ones!! then along some edges he used a regular nail gun ( why I dont know because i had rented Mr. Lillich the correct bamboo nail gun) and the nails just curled and spit pieces of the wood. he left screws on some of the edges that he asurred me the baseboards would cover and they dont!!! with in 2 day the bamboo in the hall way started seperating! he did come back to fix that but he complained about it and now there is a bad squeak all though my hall way and entering it! On top of all this he came to my house more then once smelling of booz, he tried to get off with some of my supplies, and openly admited that him and his workers had went though are belongs while we were not home and then tried to tell us all contracors do this!!! I called Mr. lillich and he told me he could not talk he would call me back, he never did and now will not take my phone calls and he has been deleting all of my reviews so i keep trying to find more places to put them so some one else dose not get scamed!! i have been really looking into mr. lillich now and have found there has been other complaints he has just deleted as well! and he is a convected felon more then once on more then just the dwi he had told us about!! please beware I have tons of pics i wish i could share them on here!!
