I am looking for a good place to go for couples therapy focused on one individual having severe anxiety- looking for a safe place for the two of us to learn and grow and get some coping skills for the bad anxiety/depression. I have looked all over the internet and once I find someone that looks good, they then have terrible yelp reviews - good therapy is so difficult to find without a recommendation and unfortunately I don’t know anyone in the area who could point me in the right direction. As of now I am not currently working and my health insurance does not cover therapy so I’m looking for someone who is affordable or has a sliding scale. If anyone has any suggestions/recommendations I would greatly appreciate it!
