  ISO Quality Fence Painting. I have acres of white wood horse fencing that need maintenance and painting. Looking for recommendations. The people who did work last year just did a quick powerwash and sprayed on new paint. It is already failing. I need a company and quotes to prep (clean and scrape as needed) and then paint (spray ok with brushing for adequate coverage.)

  Do any of my Raleigh area peeps have any recommendations for someone who can stain screened in porches -- cheaply with quality products? It's just floor and posts (not ceiling and walls). I've got 2 bids with big ranges and am trying to find a 3rd or 4th so I can get this done before pollen season kicks in. And do I also need to "pressure treat" the wood?

  Wood can't be pressure treated once it's used for building (pressure treating means putting raw lumber into a big tank of chemicals and sealing it up under pressure too force the chemicals deep into the wood / hard to do with a porch!) could you mean pressure WASH? If so, then yes, then give it a couple of weeks to dry out before staining (which really is a do-it-yourself job). Otherwise call Superior Pcowerwashing 919-363-4887 and they will do both the wash and the stain for you.
