My normal dermatologist I usually go see for acne issues has been pretty dismissive of my hair loss/thinning (saying it's genetic and there's nothing I can do about it). I believe there are different medications derms prescribe to men vs women. I've been searching on Yelp but most reviews do not mention female hair loss. Thanks!
