  Johan L. wrote: VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Installation commitment and timelines, as per contractor commitment was not adhered to. Installation scheduled for 4 days took more than a month. Quality was EXTREMELY POOR and no ownership or acknowledgement by contractor, even after independent consult assigned by contractor confirmed same. Only resolution was to cancel agreement and claim refund. Had to incur legal fees to get contractor to commit to down payment. Took 5 months to finally resolve.
