Recommendations for someone who fix my backbone Hello!
I work on the computer all day and I'm having a lot of back/neck pain.
I'm looking for recommendations of doctors/masseur/chiropractic who can fix my backbone (pref. that speaks English).
Do you guys have some of your trust?
Thank you!

I also recommend Foundationtraining.com and on FB and YouTube for spine strength. Has done wonders for my husband and myself in addition to chiropractic.
A member asks, "I'm looking for any natural back pain relief. I'm suffering from 4 bulging discs and am in constant pain from the pressure on my nerves. I'm doing everything the doc recommends, but nothing seems to be helping."

Fondation Training! I have herniated discs in my lower back and have delt with cronic pain for over 12 years. I got into yoga and it helped a lot with getting my range of motion back but I was still in a lot of pain. then I found Foundation Training. I am now pain free. foundationtraining.com I am a certified Foundation Trainer now and am helping people get there lives back. I LOVE what I do!!!!!
