  Recommendations for Therapist or Psychologist in Central Florida Hello, I thought I would come here for help and suggestions. I appreciate anyone taking the time to read this. I am an adult male who suffers with severe social anxiety and mild depression. With that, I have always found it hard to find someone to talk with. I know I need to seek out a therapist or psychologist to talk to and help with my mental problems but due to my social anxiety I can’t seem to get myself to do it because I feel I will never find the right person. I would love for any suggestions in the Central Florida area. I am a very progressive and opened minded individual so looking for someone like that. If feel uncomfortable posting please PM me.
