  Pawel Fit 1-773-440-8782 - This guy has killer reviews on yelp and lives up to them. Pawel and his crew did our 3-flat building a solid 10 k cheaper than the other guys out there. Was also very great to work with as we made small changes in the scope throughout the project and didn't charge us extra when I think he was well within his right to do so. If that isn't good enough his guys left the site cleaner than it was when they first got there EVERY DAY. They swept and got everything out of the way at the end of the day and made it very easy to still live in the building while he was working on it.
