I’m looking for a serious realtor that I can work with to accurately market this residential property. I own the second largest parcel on the block and my neighbor next door owns the largest. We are looking together for a realtor to possibly list both. The rest of the block is small rentals so I’m expecting a developer would most likely buy up the whole block and doze it for a Walgreens or something.
