I'm going straight to Tejas after flying in and plan on having dinner at Himalaya and trying kolaches somewhere (could use suggestions for the best ones) but other than that, I'd love some local suggestions for things I can't get back home (SoCal) or are just miles better in Texas, like chicken fried steak.
