  Being fairly new to St. Albert, I don't know whom to recommend out here, but I have always had great service from Fort Road Appliances in Edmonton. He'll drive out and have a look and either fix it or honestly tell you if it's worth it or not. Very reasonable prices. Unfortunately with a fridge, it may be more cost effective to replace it, which was what happened to us. If the compressor is shot, it can cost up to $800 to fix. Not worth it.
