Looking to possibly move to the east side of Indy in August, wife is keeping her $60k base plus $10k-ish in bonuses for her job traveling, and will be due for a big raise in May, likely yielding $70-75k base with similar bonuses. I will be working in healthcare, make $56k currently but expect to make a bit less as Indy is cheaper. We want someone super familiar with the VA loan process, but simply want to get in touch with a GOOD realtor so we can get the ball rolling on this process and would fly in on weekends to see places once everything was in order on the financial side and could easily rent a few months to establish employment in the area.
