  Insurance people -- We need a DP3 policy which is insurance just on the property and not the contents. Since the people are buying on a lease it is treated like a rental in the insurance world and the only company I can find so far is Safeco and they want an additional $600 a year (above my current homeowners policy) and are saying the house is worth $100,000 more than it is selling for or appraised for. Apparently based on a calculation they do.

  State Farm --- Shari Wilhelm in Spokane -- she did my home on Mallon when I did a lease with option --- insurance was very reasonable 'cause I had all my other policies with her...not sure whether she can insure in Ellensburg but she has my Pullman house so??
