Got a question for all of you. I'm going to be starting school here pretty soon is there any tips you guys have that helped you get through school? I'll be going for about 10 months and will be going to one of the top HVAC schools in my area based on reviews and personal recommendations. Also, I suck at math like really bad I wanted to know if we use mathematics on a regular basis if not what do we primarily use while on the job? Thanks for your time!

I may sound like a dick, but I've never met a competent technician that went to a trade school for it. You're better off taking classes through [Air Conditioning Contractors Of America](https://www.acca.org/home). They have an apprenticeship course that will allow you to register as a certified (step above your basic know-nothing registered tech) technician which is the same thing N.A.T.E. does.
