Good customer service. Everything was done on time. System was adjusted well the next day. Only issue, the drain field was left loose and could have been tapped down.

Byron called us back promptly and came out to our house a few days later. He explained the water system to my husband and told him exactly what we needed to do to have clean water. He came out the following week and rebuilt our system and cleaned our instinct hot water system. We did get two other appraisals and both companies wanted thousands more. Thank you Byron & his team that gave us clean water!

The person that came to our house did not seem to know what he was doing. Our unit was installed back in 2017 by Shore Water and one of the parts (that had an arrow printed on it) was installed backwards. When we questioned this, we were told that's how the manufacturer does it. Backwards against water flow on purpose? My husband was able to correct the problems. We gave Shore Water another chance and lived to regret it. The water quality is worse and slower in rate. The guy that came out was told what we wanted for service and he did not do it. Tried to save my husband time by paying someone else to do this work ended up costing us more every time. We did better watching YouTube videos for the how-to. I do not recommend Shore Water.

Called on Wed PM, they arrive Thurs about 1:15 PM ( scheduled from 1 to 3)diagnosed problem, had parts on the truck,rebuild softener head, and on the way a little later....with all working well. How could one ask for anything better! Thank you.

I called Shore Water for what I thought was an issue with our filtration system. It wasn’t, but that didn’t stop Shore Water! They sent a plumber and a well expert to help diagnose our problem. No matter to whom I spoke, I was treated with understanding and respect, even though I often couldn’t answer their questions. Being without water was a terrible inconvenience, but they helped us with a temporary fix until the permanent solution is completed. I can’t thank them enough for their help. They deserve more than a Five Star rating!

My installer arrived before appt time and met with me as to what he would be doing. All my questions were answered as to understand what was done. This was important to me as I knew nothing about what had to be done. He was there earlier than scheduled, which I was thankful after having no water for three days. I hope all your installers are as knowledgeable and efficient as the one that installed my system. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in my service call.

If you need water treatment this is the company to contact. Within ten minutes of calling Byron was at my house, got a materials list, two days later system was completely fixed. Very professional, clean and knowledgeable about treating your water. Mike talked to me about types of systems to correct my problem and never once pressured me into anything. I would highly recommend.

Shore Water showed up to look at my existing system, which is at its end of life, to see what I had and how we could improve on it. They explained everything in detail and when I was convinced that it is what we needed I asked to schedule an install. We are getting the system in less than a week. Hopefully it will take a lot of the work out of the upkeep.

I am interested in purchasing a new water softener. I was given a timely appointment, my water quality and bacteria levels were sampled at the visit and I was provided with a quote. I was pleased that the quote was competitive and the unit will be installed within a week. The representative was informative and patient with all of my questions. I feel like I’m in good hands with Shore Water Refining!

I am now dealing with having Mountair poultry install a deep well and an iron filter. Peninsula Water Conditioning is contracted with Mountair to install the equipment. I wish Shore Water was doing it. Peninsula has not shown up for appointments or retuned calls as they said they would

One learning curve glitch: when we had our house built, it did not include the landscaping so we did not focus on that aspect. Once we got to that phase we realized we needed a dual system to accommodate the water irrigation system we needed.

Came out and fixed my water softener, but come to find out the guy only rigged it to work which caused it to break and run all weekend through Easter. Tried calling and no one would return my calls. After talking to one guy they said I wouldn’t be charged but then had a 165$ bill that didn’t accomplish anything. Will not recommend to anyone.

Your tech came and looked in the salt tank then did a water test. I had an odor of metal in my water and he agreed. Though he told me there was no iron showing on the water test. Basically I got a water test without any problems being solved. It turns out I had a salt block in the brine tank but not in the salt tank. I cleaned everything out myself and solved the smell of iron. Brine tank wasn’t working when it recycled.
