I was about to sign a lease for an amazing little studio apartment that is in the PERFECT location that I loved, when I realized it was owned by them... and all my second choices were too.   Look into Phillip H Barron. Have had several family members, including my wife and I that have lived in their apartments in the 4400 block of Forest Park Avenue. There you’re right across the street from Goldfarb. https://www.barronrealty.com/
