Seeking Seattle Veterinarian to put dog down at home It breaks my heart but my childhood dog (17 years old) is coming to the point of needing to be put down. He has some major hip problems and isn’t able to move much. My parents are worried when that time comes to put him down (likely in the next couple of days) that it will pain him to be picked up and taken to a veterinarian clinic. I’m wondering if anyone has had any experiences with a Seattle veterinarian that is able to come to the house. I’d love to hear any recommendations or advice. Thank you.

I've never used their in-home service, but I use a Seattle Veterinary Associates vet all the time and they're fantastic (shout out to Ravenna Animal Hospital). They have an in-home service called SVA on the go - http://www.svaonthego.com/
