I'm looking for someone who I can pay to boss me around and help me (they'd direct and I'd do the grunt work) as I redo my home's external wood. This would start with some window repairs and then move to replacing old wooden siding, shutters, etc., with modern materials (the wood is gone from years of neglect, from before we bought the house). Can anyone recommend someone like this? Maybe somebody who has retired, but would enjoy being paid to teach someone?
