Therapist recommendations Hey guys-
I've never had a therapist before, but I'm currently recognizing some mental obstacles in myself. Friends have finally convinced me that therapists are good in general. I, however, don't know how to go about finding one.
If you have any suggestions about how to pick one in the greater Denver area, or even have one that you would like to recommend, I would be ever grateful for the help.
Thanks!

My friend recently told me about a website that matches you with therapists based on your insurance, needs, and availability. I used it last week and it probably saved me a few hours of having to research someone that takes my insurance and then calling and waiting to hear back. It’s called Sondermind and their website is www.sondermind.com. It’s a pretty cool concept and they’re based in Denver. Hopefully they can help you out as well. Good luck!
Best therapy centers around here (preferably downtown)? Hi,
I suffer from a few mental illnesses and I’m finally ready to get help since my OCD and BPD are out of control. I’ve been trying to find a good psychiatrist or even a psychologist in general to help me with some intense DBT therapy. I prefer a female and if she specializes in BPD treatment, I’d be delighted!
But I’d like to hear some recommendations through personal experience if you feel comfortable to share.
Thank you :)
