  Since everyone Googles everything, having an up to date web site should be your #1 marketing priority especially if you plan to recruit another 15 agents. NestRealty.com has used that strategy well. I have one specific recommendation: the www.Dakno.com design guys are doing some excellent stuff for small brokers too.
