  South side Cape Cod crane? Hello I am planning to do the Figawi race this year on my J/80 and looking for somewhere that has a the ability to launch and step the rig easily (crane or travel lift + gin pole) I am trying to avoid sailing through woods hole. Does anyone have suggestions for south side cape cod east of woods hole? It's memorial day weekend so I know a lot of places are busy in Falmouth and Hyannis. Normally dry sail the boat so it is quick and easy with a crane, just fixed keel means no ramp launch. Thank you for any help!

  Sorry I'm late to the thread.... Falmouth Yacht Club has a hoist. They launch 210 s with it, so your J80 should be doable. They also run the Falmouth-Hyannis feeder race on the Friday before Figawi. Registration link - http://www.regattanetwork.com/event/18503 I'd get ahold of Falmouth, YC, see if you can use their hoist, and if you can, launch on Thursday in Falmouth and then do the Falmouth-Hyannis race on Friday.
