  Looking for several things. I need someone who can do some technical handyman type things. I’ve used Delmar fir some contracting work but it’s more specific. Hanging TVs, installing some new fans and lighting, and installing some locks and door hardware, closet finish work/shelving. Cleaning and re-hanging blinds. Any or all please comment or advise.
