We are looking for someone 3 days a week for about 8 hours a day (Monday thru Friday where those 3 days that we need someone will change every week, my wife is a RN so her schedule changes every week).   Over the past 10 years, my friend has used http://www.aupairinamerica.com/ for multiple au pairs with great success. I don't know what level of care you are looking for. Her au pairs came from Sweden and Germany and actually lived with them.

They can live-in at no cost (all expenses paid) that I would exchange for occasional evening/weekend help (for when I have plans, go on a trip, etc & need someone to stay with the kids). I need someone extremely trustworthy, good with kids, very organized, thorough & responsible. English-speaking preferred, along with a drivers license and good driving record. Needs to be able to swim. Background check and referrals required. I'm a single mother with 3 children, ages 10 (girl), 9 (boy) and 6 (girl) and live near Hillcrest & Spring Valley. We are a sweet, but very busy household! Start date is February 1, with live-in date starting approx April 1 (my house isn't finished yet). Hourly rate is $15. 2 weeks paid vacation, along with holidays. Bedroom with attached bath is inside our home, but is private, as it's hallway closes off from the main part of the house - so you can come & go as needed.   I'm sorry you have a sinus infection or the flu!Go to www.aupairinamerica.com At the bottom right is "au pair resources". Click on that. There is a place for insurance- find "find a physician" or "find a provider" You will enter your zip code and it will give you choices near you. You definitely should use the doctors they recommend. If you do, your deductible is $50. If not, it si $100 or $150 (unless you have an upgrade. Then in network deductible is $0 )
