  Good Morning! My very favorite - extremely thorough - Home inspector of the past 14 years is out on a back injury - possibly not returning to Home inspection. Can someone recommend a home inspector that they have had success with? Someone who is thorough - goes into attics, goes into crawl spaces, takes their time, doesn't rush, is patient & and knowledgeable with new buyer questions? I've tried other companies in the past and one company - they guy ran through the house in 15 minutes - proclaimed he was done, and charged my clients $350.
