  First internet bank of indiana ([http://firstib.com](http://firstib.com)). No fee checking with $500 minimum **average** balance, 0.7% interest. No physical branch locations. No ATM fees, and they rebate up to $10/month in ATM fees from other banks. We've been with them for almost 20 years. If you also want a savings account, I'd suggest Citi Accelerage - 2.36% APY with no minimum or fees.

  My bank, First Internet Bank of Indiana (www.firstib.com), lets you use any ATMs. They reimburse for the fees (and are part of the Star Network, so those are free anyway). Also, conveniently, rarely ever send mail.
