  I'm sorry to hear about your plantar fasciitis! I would make sure that whoever you ask for help looks at how all your joints move to figure out the real cause of your issue. More often than not, plantar fasciitis is the result of something not moving properly in your hips. When it is the foot's fault, it is usually because your subtalar joint does not evert properly.
