  It seems it is my month to have people in my life that need help. I have a female friend with two cats that needs an apartment to live in. Or a room in a home. She can't pay much but she can trade household repairs, maintenance, electrical repairs for trade on a place to stay. If you are doing a remodel this would be a great deal for both of you. Or if you have an old home you want to repair. Does anyone know anyone who might be up for this situation? It doesn't have to be in Pinehurst. Or does anyone even know of anyone hiring for those things? She is not licensed. Or gardening work that pays? Any leads on that?
