We want to share with you the rich cultural background of hummus: Honest food, made by people with tremendous love and dedication to their craft. This beautiful culture is what inspired us to create Sir Hummus.
We are admitted Hummus addicts. In the past 10 years we obsessed over discovering the secrets that make fresh Hummus so damn delicious. For us, there is something very fulfilling about mastering the craft of something that seems so simple, and yet is so difficult to get just right. It is also such a pleasure to watch the silly smile on someone’s face after they had a satisfying bowl of hummus!
