I am the founder of Unique Balance – where bodywork and energy work come together for an enjoyable and therapeutic healing experience. I have specialised training in Slings Myofascial Training, Clinical Aromatherapy, Raindrop Therapy Technique as well as Healing Touch and to assist my clients.
I provide a therapeutic treatment with professional standards in an ethical environment. It is my priority that clients always feel comfortable, confident and satisfied they are being provided with the best possible treatment.
My motto is “Live a Life of Harmony”. I find that it is important to embrace the connection of mind, body and soul. I use an holistic approach to work with my clients to achieve the optimum state of health.
I find that it is also important to enable the client’s wellbeing through self-education. One of the ways I help my clients extend the benefits of their sessions is by take home Pilates exercises and practical tips and techniques for self care outside of the clinic.
My all consuming passion for food and nutrition has connected me to some amazing people. I have no interest in the industry-driven food pyramid and am always researching to uncover truths about human nutrition. I believe that “you are what you eat” and of the idea seeing “food as medicine”. We need to be more thoughtful in our purchasing and eating habits and better educated about our bodies.
