Can someone recommend a reputable HVAC person? My unit is creating too much condensate and I need to know why. I've had Service Experts and Lee company out already. Both sent very nice techs but neither could diagnose why this is happening. They both tried to sell me a UV light product to essentially mitigate the problem but I want to know the root cause. I think a SEASONED local HVAC person may be my best bet. Hopefully someone has a recommendation. Thanks.

Air Quality is a locally owned company. I used them during the ice storms to try and fix our heat. They installed $200 worth of parts and said if that did not fix it, then it was the heat exchanger. It fixed it for a couple days then it quit again. We have a combo air/heat unit so installing a new one would be expensive but we decided to go that route instead of chasing the problem with parts. Long story short, it was the heat exchanger and it only cost $4000 for an entire new heat and a/c unit. That price included installation with quite a bit of ductwork. The closest competition was $6000 for the same unit we installed. Shannon didnt even charge us for the parts he installed at the first attempt to fix it. Never heard of Air Quality? Me either. I learned about them from a friend.. They don't have a website or advertise because they get all the business they need by word of mouth. 615-773-7033
I use Shannon Donathan at Air Quality. He installed our unit, replaced all our duct work after the flood, and he's coming out today to run a gas line. His number is 615-773-7033. Good luck!
HELP NEEDED: Good reasonably priced HVAC tech...Heater went out, cold house, need someone to fix. Need HONEST, fair priced individual...Can't afford to be taken by big company pricing --- Please, any recommendation and/or help?

I need recommendations for someone that can replace an hvac unit for a decent price. It's very old. The air works but the heat doesn't. It's a gas unit. We will need the new unit and installation.
Realtor needing a great hvac company. Suggestions? Tried one and it was awful. They took the money and still no air working in the house!
