Thanks! ​ edit: might as well give more info of the entire plan I am picturing. I would like to drive out somewhere and spend a night.   Just spent some time at https://trestlebrewing.com in parry sound and I'd highly recommend if you're heading that way. Great patio, good beer, looked like good food too. Just saw your update, killbear and oastler provincial parks within a few minutes plus plenty of places to explore in the wilderness there.

  Flying Monkey's in Barrie is a good time. The view from their restaurant isn't great but you can go around back and look out over the water.
