Looking for recommendations for a Caterer to cater a small family event (25 people) I am looking for recommendations on a good quality caterer to cater a small family holiday event at a home. What are some things to look for or to avoid? Do they normally just setup the food and leave? The last event I had catered was my wedding and it was in a hall and you could only use the caterer they used.
*edit* Looking for catering of a Christmas meal - turkey, stuffing, etc etc
Thanks in advance.

I had a great experience with [D & H Catering](http://www.dandhcatering.com/). They catered a turkey dinner for us at work. Good to deal with, delicious food, here on time, no complaints at all. Their menus and pricing are on their web site.

"The Butler Did It" is a top notch catering service, check their site for information, you'll probably need to reach out for more information. Marianne is the nicest person to work with, as well as her chef and helpers. Had them at my house once, and they were at a friend's house another time, and have heard nothing but splendid reviews from others.
I'm only familiar with their full service catering; they brought all the food, they prepared everything in my kitchen, served us and cleaned everything up.
I have no idea how much they would charge for your group. Remember that you get what you pay for... going with cheapest option isn't always the better one.
