  Looking for the best shih tzu groomer around lj! We got this girl from the spca in August she was so matted it was awful! She was pretty much naked once snooty poodle got done grooming her getting all the Mats out! I've taken her to pets mart to get the hair under her eyes trimmed and nails done... but she's needing groomed again I'm wanting to grow her hair out on the top of her head and her tail!!! Who do yall recommend?!

I took my 12 wk poodle mix to Petsmart today for a bath and ask about grooming, she a little scraggly looking. They said the charge would be $57 since she has border collie in the mix. But this puppy doesn't have thick hair at all.
