  Quality CBD oil in Baltimore Can anyone recommend a place to get quality 1000mg CBD oil (as a tincture) in Baltimore? The place I usually go is in Baltimore County but I'm wondering if their supplier has changed because it doesn't seem as potent. (I realize it could also be that my body is becoming used to it). **I'm NOT looking for the tinctures you get from dispensaries that contain THC.** This stuff is pretty expensive so I'd rather rely on others that use it instead of taking chances from every place that has it.
