Now, I have researched it and found that the registry must be edited to fix. I do not want to go to that level as if anything goes awry, I will not know what to do. The VAST majority of software repair people I have used in the past do not have the in depth knowledge, skill, and troubleshooting techniques to do the job right. First thing they do is start reading forums or websites. One cardinal rule of troubleshooting is to change only one thing at a time; and if that doesn't fix the problem, put the setting back where it was. The "backbencher" troubleshooters just start randomly changing settings and I get my computer back all screwed up. Sorry for the long winded request, but I'm just trying to sift past the half-baked techs out there (which seem to be most of them) to find people who really know what they are doing.
