  Dr. Alicia Morgan-Cooper...410 235-1601 she's across from union memorial, black, young and real down to earth. We have been seeing her for over 10 yrs when our prior pediatrician relocated and referred her. It's her own practice and she has another Dr there also.....Dr. Fuller who's a peds ER Dr. Good luck
