  I think Fashion Cleaners is on S. Charles.. used to use them before they changed hands. I use Federal Hill Cleaners on Hanover St (at Cross St) have had some slacks altered there. You may also want to try Seleh de Federal Hill... he's the furrier/tailor on S. Charles St. same block as Fat Larry's/Nobles.. selehfurstailoringdesigns.com

  Go to Selah's de Federal Hill, 1018 S. Charles. St., 410-370-9307. He is expensive but does very good work.
