I live in the city, but I'm not opposed to going anywhere in the area for the right treatment. I tried calling my insurance but it was extremely frustrating and I was unable to talk to a person.   You could try calling BJC Behavioral Health services at 314-747-7491. They should be able to route you to an appropriate level of care and verify if their doctor takes your insurance. If you feel that you will physically hurt/harm yourself or others, call 911.
