  Undercut/wavy hair cut recommendations Hey PDX people! I am looking for recommendations for a hairstylist that specializes in undercuts AND wavy/curly hair cuts. I have thick, wavy (borderline curly depending on the day) hair that is currently waist length. I am looking to get an undercut and about 4 inches cut off the bottom of my hair with a DevaCurl cut to showcase my hair's texture. I am willing to spend a bit of money on a good stylist, but I also don't want to break the bank with the most expensive stylist. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

  My daughter has curly hair and Debra Woods has done an awesome job with her curly sometimes frizzy unruly hair. Her hair is past the middle of her back. She really understands hair and has been doing it for years. Her number is (503) 227-5565. She’s downtown. Sometimes she hard to get into. I know she does undercuts.
