  Meat cutting at local butchers/stores? I was recently given a fairly big chunk of Prosciutto as a gift, about 8 pounds. I have no good knives and even if I did there is no way I could cut any sort of thin slices. Does anybody know of a butcher shop where they'd cut it for me for a fee?

  Don't know what part of town u are n , but the only one I know of is Charlie's Meat Market, u might give them a call and see what they say. They are located on summer in the Bell Plaza Shopping Center 901-683-1192
