Moving to Hamilton - looking for physio recommendations I do a fairly physically demanding job, but since the lockdown started I've been in extreme pain - maybe my body doesn't know how to not be in movement lol
I have severe piercing constant pain in my left glute/hip area. It's worse when I sit/driving and wakes me up in the night. So far robaxacet is the only thing that takes the edge off a bit
So I'm looking for a physiotherapist in either Hamilton or Burlington and maybe some recommendations for what I can do from home during the lockdown. Thanks!

Active Release near Mac. Ask for Aras or Eric. 905-777-8899
Any Doctors Doing House Calls? My back and shoulders are really killing me and by virtue of working at home, I can't make it out to the doctors today. Does anybody know any services or doctors that do house calls near the McMaster area? I've been calling http://www.mdhomecall.com/ but the number is out of service or something.
Any help would be appreciated!

Call Dr. Aras Kvedaras (Chiro ART). 905-777-8899. He's got a chiro/physio/RMT clinic neat Mac on Main St.
Looking for chiropractor referrals in hamilton i've been experiencing mid back pain and its been preventing me from going to the gym, so i was looking for a chiropractor with some sort of knowledge in the fitness field in terms of powerlifting and weightlifting

http://www.activereliefcentre.com/ For chiropractors specifically, Aras is the man you are looking for. I've also seen Caitlyn in his clinic and she was great as well. They operate more along evidence-based physiotherapist style of practice using manual therapy and prescribed exercise, only adjusting when absolutely necessary, versus the typical chiro crack-and-come-back quackery. It'll take you 4-6 weeks to get in with Aras specifically, but he knows his stuff. Aras travels all across the country to provincial / national powerlifting meets.
