  Specialized Appliance Service, 412-731-5900. This guy is competent, reliable, honest, and pleasant. Several times he has told me what to do over the phone so I was able to fix the problem myself AT NO COST! He is knowledgeable on all appliances: ovens, dishwashers, washers and dryers, etc.
