Shiloh Music Center in Mount Juliet has a GREAT teacher!
Needing suggestions for music lessons. I have a 10 year old and possibly a younger child (depending on age recommendations) that i want to get started with an instrument. I would also like to restart piano lessons myself if affordable.
I have a piano/guitar/ and mandolin and would like to pick one of these.
Any ideas where to start looking for teachers?

I recently inherited a very old violin from my grandparents that I am planning on using to teach my boys... however, it needs a bit of work. The bow needs rehaired and there are some other minor issues. Anyone know of someone who could do this for me? TIA!

So my daughter is in band this year and we are needing to rent or buy her instrument asap. Does anyone have any information on the best place to go? Or how I can go about getting a used one for a cheaper price.
Paul H. replied:
The big advantage of renting with us for school band, is if they have to change instruments, all rental fees(minus the LDW) can be applied to any other instrument. It is a rent to own program!!! Another great advantage is the LDW, it is an insurance for the instrument. If there is ever a problem, we fix it for free!!!! We do most repairs right there in the store. Come on in and see us! 4056 N. Mt Juliet Rd 615-758-9437
I would like some information on Shiloh Music? Mainly, I want to know their general pricing for guitar lessons and how well they can work around a schedule?

I would love to look into voice and/or piano lessons. I have taken voice before, but its always at a music store and it makes me uncomfortable in that environment. Anyone know of lessons around here? My budget and schedule are tight, so price and time are also considerations, but I would like to see what is out there. Thanks everyone!

Looking for private cello lessons for my son. After a year of asking, my 4 year old received 1/8 size from Santa. He is VERY serious about this and we'd like to harness his enthusiasm while we can. He learns quickly and has already been "practicing" as long as we let him. He reads well, knows right and left, and has a thorough understanding of string instruments. He's picked up piano quickly, but his passion is the cello. Hoping to stay in the MJ area.
Wanting to get my 8 year old girl an acoustic guitar for Christmas, suggestions, sizes, brands, stores? Wanting to spend around $100 less is great, more considered, TIA!!!
