  Looking for a reliable realtor Hey y’all, I’ve been trying to buy land (before the new rich here price me out completely) for 6 years, but since I can only afford land (and there are plenty of lots that are in my price range, which is 20k max), no realtor has followed through, this leaving me high and dry and land-less. Can anyone recommend a realtor who can actually follow through and be reliable for land on this price range? I want to buy within the next 6 months if not sooner (basically once I find a lot that I like....and I’ve seen plenty, but no reliable realtors). And please don’t recommend civic source, they are such a scam.
