  Pelon's downtown has good vegetarian Tex-Mex options, and definitely has the space to accommodate a group of ten. I just don't know about whether they have any craft beer, as they are more of a tequila place. https://www.pelonstexmex.com It's not mexican food, but The Beer Plant has a completely vegetarian menu and they have craft beer. I don't know whether they take reservations or not, but worth looking into. http://thebeerplant.com I don't know if either of the above would qualify as "fancier", but they aren't bad in terms of layout / atmosphere.
