  If you can go during the week, hit up [Red's Barber Shop](https://www.yelp.com/biz/reds-barber-shop-houston) downtown in the Houston tunnel system. They are open from something like 7:30-5:00 Monday through Friday only, but they are great experienced barbers who do both black hair and white hair, and only charge about $20-$25. (ask them about the price - it's been two years since I had my hair cut there, but it used to be $20 for a cut, $10 for a clean up) http://www.redsbarbershophouston.com/
